Welcome to the Groby Community Library website

Use the menu bar above to find out what we offer.

We're reopening on 4th August!

We're reopening but we'll not be back to normal.

The library will look and feel quite different when we reopen. The safety and health of our volunteers and users is our primary concern so we have made some changes.

We will initially be open Tuesday 10-12pm and Friday 2-4pm

Groby Community Library is situated in the heart of Groby in Leicestershire.

The library is a registered charity and is managed and run by a team of dedicated volunteers.

Our aim is to make the library welcoming and accessible to all members of the local community. As well as a range of library services we also organise events and outings and make the library available to groups and societies. We also have the Time Out café, a great place to catch up with friends over a hot drink and cake!

Our library is one of a network of community libraries in Leicestershire and our book stock and computer systems are part of the Leicestershire County Council system.

If you have a Leicestershire County Council library card you can borrow and return your books at Groby Library.

Come and visit us or see the other pages of this site to see what we can offer you.
